St. Cuthberts Racqueteers Badminton Club
St. Cuthberts Racqueteers Badminton Club extends a warm welcome to both members and visitors.
We play at the United Churches Healing Ministry in Milnsbridge, Huddersfield every Friday night throughout the season and into the summer months. St. Cuthberts Racqueteers are members of the
Huddersfield & District Badminton League and are the only club in the League with
no membership fee, and the lowest visitor costs at £3 per night (£2 for under 16s).
We field three Composite format teams and one Men's format team in the League, as well as providing open club nights every Friday. Facilities at our club include: changing rooms, showers, feather shuttles and three courts available for play.
Whether you are a beginner or a more advanced player, we will try our best to create an encouraging and enjoyable atmosphere. Anyone with no previous badminton experience can be helped to find suitable coaching, and good players will be eligible for a team place. All ages are welcome, although we do ask for a parent or guardian to be present for younger members.
